Many apps on the work.path.org homepage require the Okta plugin to work properly. You'll need to install the Okta plugin an any browser you intend to log into work.path.org on.
Step-by-step guide
- On the work.path.org homepage click Install plugin button, if prompted.
- At the bottom of the browser window you'll be prompted to allow the plugin to install. Click Run.
- At the Okta plugin installation screen click Next. Accept the defaults to start the installation.
- You will need to close Internet Explorer to finish the installation. You will be prompted, but the When prompted, click (1) Close Internet Explorer then click (2) Next. This window may be behind the Internet Explorer window.
- Once the plugin is installed, you will need to enable its two parts. Then choose the Click Choose add-ons.
- Click Enable All to enable and select the Okta both necessary plugins.
- After enabling the pluginplugins are enabled, close and restart Internet Explorer . When you then re-open it and log back into work.path.org, you'll be able to use the applications.
