Box freezes or only displays a spinning wheel as soon as you log in
Problem
Box freezes, hangs or only displays a spinning wheel when you log in, either through Box.com or work.path.org.
Solution
Box may display this behavior if you're using Internet Explorer to access Box. Box may also have decreased functionality in Internet Explorer. For the best compatibility you should access Box using Google Chrome. We also recommend making Google Chrome your default browser.
If you're on a Mac, Safari is completely compatible with Box.
