How to change an expired password using work.path.org


If your password expires while you're out of the office you won't be able to access PATH's online services until you change your password.  If you're out of the office when your password expires, you can easily change it using work.path.org.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open a browser, go to work.path.org and log in with your username and current (expired password).



  2. You will be asked to change your expired password, as shown below.  Passwords must conform to our password complexity requirements.



  3. After entering a new password, you'll be taken to your work.path.org landing page.  You'll now be able to access online services using your new password.

Your laptop may still require you to use your previous (expired) password until your return to the office or connect to a PATH network.
