How do I configure an app for a team or my personal use?
To add and configure an app, click Store 
in the bottom-left corner of Teams. Once you're in the Store, browse or search to find the app you want.
Or take it to the next level and build your own app. Check out the Microsoft Teams developer platform for step-by-step instructions.
Once you've created a custom app, go to the team name where you want to add it and click More options 
> Manage team. On the Apps tab, click Upload a custom app in the bottom right corner.
