Step-by-step guide


  1. On your taskbar click the white “up-arrow” to reveal all applications running


  2. Locate the Skype for Business icon 

  3. Right-click the Skype for Business icon and click Exit


  4. Skype for Business will close completely.  Once you reopen Skype for Business, any changes you've made will be applied.
