PATH's Talent Management System is available within PATHPeople, PATH's portal to secure, accurate, and timely information on staff.  You can find PATHPeople at this address: https://peopleatpath.azurewebsites.net/.

The purpose of the Talent Module of PATHpeople

The Talent Module was built to track the education, experience, and capabilities of staff throughout PATH. With the information available:

  • Senior leaders can more easily understand the capabilities and interests of their employees
  • Talent seekers can more efficiently and effectively find skilled and available staff to consider for open roles and locate technical staff for consultation, proposals, short work assignments, and more.
  • Performance Leaders can review and support development of capabilities and professional interests of their direct reports
  • Employees can market their capabilities for new opportunities and identify their interests for professional development
